Sales Commissions form a meaningful element of employee compensation at Westhouse. Westhouse sought out help from ERP logic to automate sales commissions after their initial SAP® Business ByDesign® deployment to move off of a spreadsheet based process to drive productivity gains for the organization.

Implementation

The Sales Commission Module, when deployed, allows a smooth and easy process for allocating and calculating commissions. Implementation of the commission model was unique as it tapped into purchase and sales modules, and deployment occurred over the course of 4 months.

Results

3 years after deployment, Sales Commissions is still in use.
